TERMS OF SALES
The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has paid a deposit of 20% of the rental amount, it will be taken by secure online payment. Reservation for 2 adults only.
This payment is equivalent to full acceptance of these general rental conditions.
The payment of the balance will take place when the keys are handed over.

The prices on our site are inclusive of all taxes, excluding tourist tax.
The price indicated to the customer at the time of the reservation is authentic and cannot in any case be modified, unless the customer changes the parameters of his reservation.
The tourist tax is updated each year, this tax is understood per night and per person, over 18 years old. (In 2020: 0,80 € / person / night) The tourist tax is
payable locally, at the start of the stay.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
The cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after receipt of an email notification of the cancellation (firstname.lastname@example.org)
In case of cancellation of the rental by the tenant before the arrival date, penalties will be retained:
20% of the total reservation if more than 30 days before arrival, 40% between 30 and 14 days
and 100% for a cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.
Promotional and non-cancellable reservations are not refundable.
In case of early departure, as well as in case of 'No show' the entire rental is due.
In the event of cancellation by the owner, in the event of force majeure, the latter will return the amounts collected to the tenant.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (completion of the stay). The entire stay offered must be paid for when ordering.
In no case may it be the subject of a request for reimbursement.
Any request for extension must be made during the validity period of the voucher and must be validated by us.
Beyond the one year deadline, the gift voucher will expire and cannot be the subject of a request for reimbursement or extension of the validity date.
As a reminder, all sums paid for the purchase of an unused gift voucher will remain acquired.
HOME - INFORMATION
Arrivals are from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Departures are before 10 a.m. We take care of the end of stay cleaning.
Only the kitchen is to be left in its original state, dishes put away, fridge empty and cleaned.
We can store your luggage for the day free of charge.
GENERAL PROVISIONS :
- The rooms and ancillary facilities (swimming pool, garden, parking) are strictly reserved for guests only and under their sole responsibility.
Rental cannot in any case benefit third parties. Subletting is prohibited, under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge,
under penalty of termination of the contract. The full amount of the rent will remain with the service provider.
- It is forbidden to eat in the room or to store food there.
- The smoking area is limited to the bedroom terrace, ashtrays are available.The veranda for breakfast is non-smoking.
- For long stays, room cleaning and change of bed linen is provided every 6-7 days.
- A control of the kitchen bins and the terrace is done daily, in the morning during your absence only.

LOSSES - FLIGHTS - DEGRADATIONS
Our responsibility could not be engaged in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects on the entire site, both inside and outside the facilities.
As soon as a resident causes bodily injury or material damage, the customer's civil liability may be sought with a view to compensation.
We will not answer for the disappearance of valuables or jewelry left in the room; we recommend that you take them with you.
A safe, not insured, is available in the wardrobe.

DISPUTES OR CLAIMS
For all disputes arising from the execution or interruption of this contract, only the Courts of jurisdiction of the place of the guest room are competent.
Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent by registered letter, with acknowledgment of receipt (AR), within 30 days of the stay, to the following address:

These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote booking of services offered by our establishment, the contact details of which are specified in this reservation confirmation document.
